Charles D. “Chet” Fite, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Fite is a third-generation commercial and industrial real estate developer and fourth generation participant in community banking. As the Chairman of the Board for American River Bankshares for the last 18 years, Chet brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience into the issues affecting community banks and their growth.

Joshua Wood, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wood has more than a decade of experience managing business associations and broad-based public campaigns to develop key civic infrastructure such as an NBA sports stadium, entertainment facilities, and regional shopping centers. Mr. Wood is the founding Executive Director of a prominent business association, where he developed a new and innovative banking program which moved over one-hundred and fifty million in municipal deposits into community banks.

William “Bill” Porter, Esq., Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Porter brings more than 30 years’ experience in the development and finance industry as an attorney in private, state and federal claims as the President of Porter Law Group, Inc. and Founder of Applied Legal, Inc. Mr. Porter also serves as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem using his experience as an arbitrator and mediator to benefit the community.

David P. Temblador, Esq., General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Temblador is a seasoned counselor and strategic advisor with nearly two decades of experience in community development. As the Managing Partner of Harrison, Temblador, Hungerford & Johnson, LLP, Mr. Temblador has provided directed legal, political and strategic advice to clients across a broad spectrum of complex regulatory matters with a particular emphasis on government relations, economic development, and community reinvestment.
